The location, somewhat outside the centre of town, provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and some even have balconies, offering a pleasant outdoor space. The breakfast served here is fantastic, with a wide variety of items to choose from.

All was fine during my stay.

The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood in Ascona, only 5 -7 minutes walk to the lake promenade. The rooms were clean and efficient, the staff very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet really good. It has some free parking lots but if you arrive late they may be all taken.

The hotel is really ok but in my opinion it is overpriced (especially for the really small room with the even smaller bathroom we had).

The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious items to choose from.

All in all, everything was fine.

The staff was extremely polite and made you feel welcomed. The room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel was clean and modern with a nice terrace. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, making it easy to explore and try different restaurants. the breakfast was enjoyable and included plenty of options to choose from, including fresh produce.

The walls were thin, so I did hear some sound from other rooms. the air conditioning turned off automatically at night, which made the room a bit cold.

This hotel was bright and clean was in a perfect location, about a 10 minute walk from the beautiful seaside resort town, Ascona. It was just right to stay out of town on this mainly residential road since this town was pretty busy. We could park our car with no problem.The staff was great, breakfast very good and a wonderful Nespresso coffee maker in the breakfast room. It was threatening rain when we walked to dinner nad the staff offered us an umbrella. Very good service.

It's a primitive poor Hotel.Everything from the cheapest.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and park their cars easily.

The hotel doesn't replace the water and fruit provided upon arrival throughout the stay.

Almost perfect.

Great Location and Excellent Breakfast

Located in a quiet residential area, this hotel is just a five-minute walk away from the town center, shops, bars, and restaurants overlooking a beautiful lake with mountains in the background. The breakfast here was fantastic, with a wide range of choices, all fresh and very tasty. the hotel offers a complimentary buffet every night from Wednesday to Sunday, and you can have 3 pieces of fruit and 2 bottles of water for free in the bedroom.

The room itself was small, and the air conditioning was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep. the walls were thin enough that I could hear the conversations and footsteps of people going up and down the stairwell.

We loved this hotel's location within walking distance of the town center and lakefront. It was really close to everything but on a quiet street. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was amazing, with a great coffee machine, a variety of bread and cheese, and fresh orange juice. Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

For us, it was ideal.
